Online Self Assessment Toolkit
Welcome to the IPOP Online Self Assessment Inclusion Tool
This tool is designed to allow club and play leaders to assess how inclusive their provision is and create an action plan to improve inclusion.The toolkit is an online survey which asks for information regarding the club or provision, details on staff, service users, training and the programme provided. Then using reference to the social model of disability, team work, participation and activities, the club itself will design an action plan to aid the improvement of inclusion in their own setting.
The information goes through to our Clubs Development Officer, who will contact each provider to arrange a visit, and will work alongside each provider to implement their action plan.
