Introduction to Autism

Have you ever wanted to learn more about Autistic Spectrum Disorders?
Coming up on July 19th, from 10am-4pm is the opportunity to expand your knowledge.
Provided by John Mortlock of Care Training in partnership with IPOP, attenders will gain sufficient insight into ASD to enable them to understand the underlying causes of social, communication and behavioural difficulties. They will be able to differentiate between behaviours that arise because of the individual"s personality/life experience and those that are directly due to ASD. Attenders will be aware of the vital need for consistency in their practice and the vulnerability of people with ASD to unplanned and casual forms of communication.
